What is involved in making a tenancy application.

When applying to become a tenant, you will be asked to complete an application form, this will record information such as your residency over the last 3 years, employment and income information, Financial and credit information.

The Rental payment is payable when you have been accepted and ready to sign the tenancy agreement. [ Amount As stated in the advertisement ] It is paid every Calendar Month in advance.

The deposit Payment is payable when you have been accepted and ready to sign the tenancy agreement.  [ The deposit required is Equal to the monthly rent ] It is refunded at the end of tenancy (subject to the tenancy terms and conditions). 

Pets. Where pets are kept at the property, whether at the start of the tenancy or any time when pets are introduced to the property during the tenancy there is an Pets Deposit of an additional deposit Payable of about 25%  Refunded at the end of tenancy (subject to the tenancy terms and conditions). 

To start the process an Holding deposit [ equivalent to one weeks rent ] which if successfully accepted for the tenancy, will be deducted from your first months rental payment, if you are unsuccessful it will be returned to you, your deposit will be retained if you decide to cancel the application at anytime or the application fails due to incorrect omitted or missing information on your application.

Tenant ReferencingThe checks carried out are non detrimental and will not adversely affect your credit file.

If required, references will also be requested from other relevant parties including (but not limited to) current or former employers, accountants and landlords.

All information will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and all relevant privacy laws.
